Začala jsem ho brát kvůli tomu, že prý podporuje buněčné zdraví. Největší změna se projevila na nehtech a vlasech — pevnější, lesklejší. A taky menší nadýmání :D. Neříkám, že to funguje všem, ale mně teda jo.
